Online RSVP Guide

The Online RSVP feature allows your guests to confirm their attendance and specify details like dietary preferences, the number of accompanying guests (pax count), and greetings or wishes beforehand.

How to Configure Online RSVP

1. Go to your Event Dashboard and select the RSVP Settings tab.
2. Set Deadlines: Pick a date when RSVP submissions will close. This helps you finalize catering quotas.
3. Configure RSVP Mode:
   • Public RSVP: Anyone with the link can sign up (ideal for open webinars or community events).
   • Private/Token RSVP: Only guests registered in your guest list can RSVP using a personalized token link (ideal for private weddings and VVIP events).
4. Set Pax Quota Limit: Set the maximum number of people a single guest can bring (e.g., 2 pax limit per family invitation).

How Guests Use the RSVP Link

• Guests click the RSVP link sent via WhatsApp or digital invitation.
• They select "Will Attend" or "Will Not Attend".
• If attending, they specify the number of guests (pax count) and write a custom warm wish or greeting.
• Upon submission, the guest immediately receives their QR Code Check-In Pass on the screen and via WhatsApp.
