1. Service Definition

Buku Tamu by Einvite.id is a digital event management service that provides guest list, RSVP, check-in, operational dashboards, reporting, broadcasting, billing, and other supporting features made available from time to time through the admin panel, user dashboard, and related endpoints.

2. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when updating your account profile.
• You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your account, password, access tokens, trusted devices, and any activity that occurs through your account.
• You must promptly notify us if you know or suspect any unauthorized access, account misuse, or security incident.
• We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or suspend access where a violation of these terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement is identified.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may only use the service for lawful activities that comply with applicable law and are relevant to your event operations or business activities.

• You may not use the service for spam, fraud, phishing, privacy violations, or the distribution of unlawful content.
• You may not attempt to access another user’s data without authorization, reverse engineer the system, disrupt the service, or circumvent security restrictions.
• You may not use the service in a manner that may harm the reputation, stability, or compliance standing of BukuTamu or its technology partners.

4. Customer Data and Guest Data

You remain responsible for the data that you upload to or manage within the service, including guest data, contacts, RSVP data, communication content, and event documents. You must ensure that you have a lawful basis for processing such data.

You may not upload data that infringes third-party rights, violates the law, or creates unreasonable risk for us. We may take moderation, restriction, or removal measures where necessary to preserve the security, compliance, or integrity of the service.

5. Event Packages, Billing, and Payment

• Certain features may be subject to paid event packages, add-ons, quota limits, validity periods, or additional billing terms.
• Buku Tamu by Einvite.id operates on an event-based model. Unless we state otherwise in writing, a purchase is not intended as an unlimited, reusable, perpetual SaaS license or one that applies across multiple events.
• By making a payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchased package applies to the event registered in the relevant transaction and is subject to the applicable event license terms.
• You must pay service fees, taxes, and any other obligations in accordance with the invoice, package, or offer you have agreed to.
• Invoices, bills, and related billing documents for this service are issued by PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera as the official billing entity.
• Late payment may result in feature restrictions, access suspension, service termination, or additional collection measures in accordance with applicable policy.
• Promotions, trials, and special pricing may be subject to separate terms and may expire or change for subsequent periods at any time.

6. Refund Policy

All payments made through the Buku Tamu by Einvite.id platform are final and non-refundable.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy applicable to the Buku Tamu by Einvite.id platform.

Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Changes to the event plans by you.
• Cancellation of the event by you.
• Data entry errors made by you.
• Mismatch of your preferences or expectations.
• Your inability to use the service due to your own devices, internet connection, or hardware/software systems.
• Unused services that have already been purchased.
• Expiration of the active service period according to the selected package.

Exceptions to this policy may only be granted in Force Majeure circumstances that directly prevent PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera from providing the service.

Force Majeure refers to events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters.
• Earthquakes.
• Floods.
• Major fires.
• Government-declared epidemics or pandemics.
• War.
• Mass riots.
• Government actions preventing the service from being held.
• National infrastructure outages causing Buku Tamu by Einvite.id services to be fully inoperable.

In the event of Force Majeure, PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera reserves the right to evaluate and determine any form of compensation deemed reasonable, including but not limited to:

• Extension of the service period.
• Account balance credits.
• Service replacement.
• Partial or full refund.

The decisions of PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera regarding any compensation or refund are final and binding.

Submissions related to Force Majeure must be submitted to us no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the occurrence of the event, accompanied by relevant supporting evidence.

PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the requirements of this Refund Policy.

7. Single-Event License, Completed Events, and Data Retention

• Single-Event License. Each package or purchase applies to one event registered in the relevant transaction. The license is specific to that event and may not be transferred, reused, assigned, or applied to another event without the written approval of PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera. Additional events require the purchase of a separate package or license unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Completed Events. After an event is declared completed, the event may remain available for customer access in read-only mode. Some operational features may be limited or disabled after the event ends. While the data retention period remains in effect, customers may continue to view the available event data, reports, and information.
• Data Retention. Event data may remain available for up to 180 (one hundred eighty) calendar days from the date the event is declared completed. Customers are strongly advised to download, export, and archive all reports, guest data, attendance data, RSVP data, uploaded files, and other important information promptly after the event ends. The retention period may change if required by law or otherwise provided in a separate written agreement.
• Data Deletion. After the retention period expires, PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera may permanently delete some or all event data without any obligation to retain additional copies. Deleted data may not be recoverable. Deletion may include guest data, RSVP data, attendance data, reports, uploaded files, event configuration, broadcasts, media, and other related data.
• Customer Responsibility. Customers are responsible for downloading, exporting, and retaining copies of the data they require before the retention period expires. PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera is not responsible for data loss occurring after the announced retention period expires. Requests for data recovery after the retention period expires cannot be guaranteed and may be fully denied by PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera. The expiry of the data retention period and the deletion of data in accordance with these terms may not be used as grounds for any refund, compensation, or other claim against PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera.
• Exceptions. PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera may retain certain data where required by law, taxation, security investigations, fraud prevention, internal audit, dispute resolution, or other compliance obligations.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Buku Tamu by Einvite.id may connect to third-party services such as payment gateways, email providers, WhatsApp gateways, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. The use of third-party integrations is also subject to the policies and terms of the respective providers.

Such integrations may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other providers that you activate or that we use for operational purposes, attribution, or campaign measurement.

We are not responsible for API changes, downtime, transaction rejection, account restrictions, or policy decisions by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

9. Availability, Changes, and Support

We strive to maintain the availability of the service, but we do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, free of bugs, or available without downtime. We may perform maintenance, update features, alter workflows, or discontinue portions of the service where necessary.

We may provide support by email, WhatsApp, dashboard, knowledge base, or other channels, subject to our capacity and the active service package.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in the software, interface, design, source code, documentation, trademarks, logos, and materials belonging to BukuTamu remain our property or that of our licensors. This document does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you other than the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or any particular business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, BukuTamu shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of reputation, or any other consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Where our liability is required by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount of service fees actually paid by you to us within a reasonable period before the claim arose, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Without limiting any other provision in this document, PT Einvite Karya Sejahtera is not responsible for data loss, delayed access, or data unavailability resulting from the expiry of the data retention period that has been announced to the customer.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice if:

• you violate these terms or any other applicable policy;
• there are outstanding billing obligations or material collection risks;
• there are indications of misuse, security threats, or orders from competent authorities; or
• we decide to discontinue certain services for commercial or operational reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time, but obligations that arose before termination shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved through a lawful forum or mechanism of our choosing or as otherwise provided by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means that you accept the latest version.
