e-Certificate Generator & QR Verification

The e-Certificate module enables event organizers to automatically generate, issue, and verify official PDF certificates for attendees upon seminar or workshop check-in completion.

Configuring Certificate Templates

1. Navigate to Operations -> Certificates in the admin dashboard.
2. Upload a high-resolution background template (A4 landscape PNG/JPG/PDF).
3. Add dynamically positioned text elements (Participant Name, Event Title, Date, Certificate Number, and Verification QR Code).
4. Set up authorized signers, signatures, and issuer seal graphics.

Issuance & Public Verification

• Automatic Generation: Certificates are generated automatically upon successful attendee check-in or manual admin approval.
• Guest Download: Guests receive a direct PDF download link via WhatsApp or email.
• QR Verification Page: Anyone scanning the certificate's unique QR code is directed to a public verification URL (/verify-certificate/{code}) displaying the official issuance status, attendee identity, and timestamp.
