Manage your subscription packages, active event dates, and guest capacity quotas to keep your events running smoothly on Buku Tamu by Einvite.id.

Selecting and Upgrading Packages

1. Go to the Billing section in the admin dashboard.
2. Review our available plans:
   • Basic: Suitable for small events (up to 200 guests, basic RSVP, and check-in).
   • Professional: Premium features including seating layout management, welcome screen, and souvenir claims tracking.
   • Enterprise: Unlimited staff, VVIP alerts, multi-gate sync, and custom branding integrations.
3. Select your plan, choose a payment method, and complete the transaction. Your account limits will update immediately.

Purchasing Extra Guest Quotas

If your guest list grows beyond your plan limit, you don't need to upgrade the whole package:

• Click "Buy Quota Top-Up" in the Billing dashboard.
• Select the quantity of additional guest slots needed (e.g., +500 guest seats).
• Complete payment to apply the additional quota instantly.

⚠️ Critical Support Policy:
Buku Tamu by Einvite.id only provides the software platform and system access. We do not provide on-site technical standby staff at your venue on the event day. We strongly recommend coordinating and briefing your chosen Event Organizer (EO) or registry team beforehand to operate the system during the event.
