Attendance Reports & Live Analytics
The Analytics Dashboard provides real-time insights into your event attendance, RSVP response rates, check-in speeds, and guest category distributions.
Real-Time Live Dashboard
During the event, the dashboard displays live charts that update automatically:
- Attendance Count: Total guests present vs. total invited (e.g., 420/600 checked in).
- RSVP Success Rate: The ratio of guests who confirmed attendance vs. declined.
- Peak Hours Chart: A timeline showing which hour had the highest check-in traffic, helping you analyze gate performance.
Exporting Attendance Logs
At the end of your event, you can download a complete audit report for bookkeeping:
- Navigate to the Reports tab in the admin panel.
- Click "Export to Excel".
- The system generates a detailed spreadsheet containing:
- Guest names, phone numbers, and categories.
- RSVP status and confirmed pax count.
- Exact check-in timestamps.
- Name of the staff member and gate where they scanned in.
- Souvenir status and gift tracking details.
