WhatsApp Blasting & Notifications

The WhatsApp Blast tool allows you to send bulk invitations, RSVP confirmations, and QR Code passes directly to your guests' WhatsApp numbers.

Connecting Your WhatsApp Device

Buku Tamu by Einvite.id lets you use your own phone number to send messages. To link it:

1. Navigate to the WhatsApp Device menu in the admin dashboard.
2. Click "Connect Device". A QR Code will appear on the dashboard.
3. Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Linked Devices, and tap Link a Device.
4. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen. Once connected, your status will change to Connected.

Setting Up Message Templates

Customize your message formats using dynamic placeholders that automatically populate for each guest:

• {nama_tamu}: Guest's full name.
• {link_rsvp}: Guest's personal RSVP URL.
• {nomor_meja}: Assigned table number.
• {kategori}: Guest's grouping category (e.g. VIP).

Example Template:

Dear {nama_tamu},
You are cordially invited to our event. Please confirm your attendance here:
{link_rsvp}

Sending WhatsApp Blast Campaigns

1. Go to Blast Center and click "Create Campaign".
2. Select your target guest group (e.g. "Unconfirmed RSVP guests" or "All VIPs").
3. Choose the message template and schedule the blast time.
4. Click Start campaign. The system will queue the messages and send them one by one.

⚠️ Delivery Safety: To prevent WhatsApp from flagging your account for spam, the system inserts random time intervals between messages. Keep your phone connected to the internet during active blasts.
