Feedback & Survey Module

The Feedback & Survey addon lets organizers collect post-event evaluations, ratings, and custom poll questionnaires directly from guests and attendees.

Setting Up Surveys

1. Navigate to Operations -> Feedback Survey in the dashboard.
2. Create survey questions (Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Star Rating, or Text Feedback).
3. Customize question ordering, mandatory flags, and survey introduction banners.
4. Enable public guest submission links or attach survey prompts to GuestHub portals.

Response Analytics & Export

• Real-Time Analytics: View aggregated response percentages, average rating scores, and individual feedback entries in real-time.
• Data Export: Download all survey submissions to CSV/Excel for post-event evaluation reports.
