Online RSVP Guide

The Online RSVP feature allows your guests to confirm their attendance, specify details like dietary preferences and accompanying pax count, and leave warm greetings or wishes beforehand.

How to Configure Online RSVP

1. Navigate to Settings -> Event Settings and select the RSVP tab.
2. Set Deadlines (Confirmation Sub-tab): Choose a closing date for RSVP submissions to finalize catering and venue preparations.
3. Configure RSVP Mode (Public RSVP Sub-tab):
   • Public RSVP: Allows anyone with the link to sign up (ideal for open webinars, public seminars, or community events).
   • Private/Token RSVP: Restricts access so only pre-registered guests in your list can RSVP via unique token links (ideal for private weddings and VIP events).
4. Set Pax Quota Limit: Specify the maximum headcount allowed per invitation (e.g., 2 pax limit per family invitation).
5. Form Builder (Guest Fields Sub-tab): Customize additional questions, checkboxes, dietary options, and transportation notes.

Monitoring RSVP Statuses

Track real-time response statistics and guest confirmations under Guests -> RSVP Status in the dashboard:

• Confirmed: Guests who submitted "Will Attend" along with their confirmed pax count.
• Pending: Guests who haven't responded yet.
• Declined: Guests who submitted "Will Not Attend" along with optional decline notes.
