Guest Photo Gallery & Live Wall Display

The Guest Photo Gallery addon allows event attendees to upload photos taken during the event, which are moderated and displayed on a dedicated live Gallery Wall screen.

Guest Upload & Moderation Flow

1. Guests scan a public upload QR code or visit the event's GuestHub page.
2. Guests upload event photos along with optional captions and wishes.
3. Organizers review uploaded photos under Operations -> Guest Gallery in the dashboard queue (Approve / Reject).
4. Approved photos automatically stream onto the dedicated Gallery Wall Screen (/gallery-wall-screen or /screens/gallery-wall). Note: The UGC guest photo gallery is displayed on this dedicated screen and kept separate from gate welcome screen slideshows.
