Originally built as a digital invitation platform, today we develop technology that helps organizations manage the complete guest journey, from invitation and RSVP to QR check-in, attendance tracking, seating management, and post-event analytics.
Our flagship platform, Event.einvite.id, powers guest operations for weddings, corporate events, government institutions, universities, hotels, exhibitions, and many other event types across Indonesia.

From a Personal Promise to Event Technology
Every meaningful innovation begins with a real problem. For einvite.id, that journey didn't start in a corporate boardroom or market survey. It started at home during the wedding preparations for the sister of our founder, Julian, in December 2020.
When Julian's younger sister was preparing for her wedding, she asked if he could build a custom digital invitation, something modern and easy for family and friends to access. Having worked extensively in hospitality operations and software development, Julian took on the project.
Julian missed the deadline. Her wedding day arrived before the platform was fully operational.
That missed deadline stuck with Julian. Beyond the initial disappointment, it exposed a clear gap in the market: building a reliable digital invitation that actually handled event logistics wasn't as simple as publishing a static web page.
The Shift to Contactless Event Operations
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic in late 2020, the physical event landscape shifted dramatically overnight. Paper invitations became impractical to deliver, venue capacity limits demanded precise headcount tracking, and contactless check-in evolved from a nice-to-have feature to an operational necessity.
What started as a personal project suddenly became a widespread industry need. The issue wasn't just sending digital links, it was managing the entire guest flow safely and efficiently.
From Digital Invitations to Digital Guest Management
We launched einvite.id as a digital invitation platform for weddings and private celebrations. But as our active user base grew, patterns emerged from customer feedback.
Sending invitations is only the initial step in complete event operations. The greatest challenge lies in managing guests before, during, and after the event:
"Manual workflows and printed guest lists were creating operational chaos on site, inflating labor costs, and frustrating guests before they even stepped inside the hall."
💡 We realized the core problem wasn't invitation design. It was guest management.
